Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a credit note if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms and conditions. The credit note must be redeemed within 6 months. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from divyaaggarwal.net is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected in size and style, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange. You need to inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. All returns are subject to verification by our team at Divya Aggarwal.

If you do not wish for an exchange, then the refund will only be in the form of Credit Note. In case you have purchased an item which has a gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

No returns/exchanges on discounted merchandise.

All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
